📦Fast and tracked shipping

We prepare your orders with the utmost care and do our best to ship them within 48 business hours after your order is validated.

Once your package is handed over to the carrier🚚, you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow its transit until delivery.

COLISSIMO Home delivery is free on orders over €69.

For orders under €69, shipping costs are indicated during your order process, before payment validation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive information allowing you to track its progress.

In a more eco-friendly approach, we prioritize the reuse of shipping cartons as much as possible for your orders.

A carton might therefore have already had a first life before arriving at your home! ♻️ It is carefully selected to ensure optimal protection for your order.

A simple way to limit waste and give packaging a second life, while taking care of your lovely treasures. 🌸

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Returned items must be complete, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective or damaged item, or an error in the order.

An issue with your order

📭 Damaged package or delivery problem?

Despite all the care taken in preparing your order, an incident may unfortunately occur during transport.

If your package arrives damaged, if an item is broken or deteriorated, or if you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.

Remember to provide your order number and attach some photos of the package and the concerned items. They will allow us to quickly understand the situation.
